"No Show, Reschedule & Cancellation Policy"

We try our best to value our clients time and hope they do the same for us, we treat our clients more as family or friends so sometimes it gets forgotten that this is our livelihood and how we support of families. Because of this we had to create a policy for no shows, reschedules & cancellations. Our policy is, if you are a no show for your appointment the barber and/or shop has the right to refuse any future appointments; the same applies if you reschedule or cancel more than 2 times. If your appointment is refused because of this policy breach you can always try to "walk-in" at a time that is convenient for you and hope a barber is available. Thank you for your understanding.
